Terms of Use
Last updated November 3, 2026
These terms apply when you use the Parquo app and the quote pages it creates, wherever you are. Parquo is provided by ELCOR LLC, 2107 Schley Ave, San Antonio, Texas 78210, United States ("Parquo", "we", "us"). By using Parquo you agree to these terms.
The license
Parquo is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Apple EULA). These terms add to the Apple EULA; they don't replace it. On the App Store, Parquo is published by Ibrahim Safel for ELCOR LLC.
Who can use Parquo
Parquo is a tool for flooring installers and other trade businesses. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live. If you use Parquo for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
Your quotes
Parquo helps you measure rooms and prepare quotes. Measurements from a scan or a hand-drawn plan are estimates; check critical dimensions before ordering materials or committing to a price. Check the units, currency and tax on every quote before you send it.
You are responsible for the prices, terms and work in the quotes you send, and for following the rules that apply to your business where you work, including licensing, tax, consumer protection, cancellation rights and deposit limits.
Parquo is a tool, not a party
Parquo gives you software to measure rooms, price jobs, send quotes, collect signatures and take deposits. The quote, the work and any contract that follows are only between you and your customer. ELCOR LLC is not a party to that agreement, isn't your employer, agent or partner, and doesn't act for you or for your customer.
We don't check, approve or guarantee any installer, quote, price, measurement, material, schedule, workmanship, license, insurance or permit, and we don't guarantee that a customer will sign, pay or keep to an agreement. Anything between you and your customer, including disputes about the work, delays, cancellations, refunds, deposits, chargebacks and damage, is for the two of you to resolve. We aren't obliged to step in, mediate or pay, and we aren't responsible for it.
Card deposits are charged by your own Stripe account, with your business as the seller, and go straight to it: Parquo never holds your customers' money. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks on those payments are between you, your customer and Stripe, under Stripe's terms.
Your customers' information
You decide which customer details go into a quote. Only enter what you need, make sure you're allowed to use it, and tell your customers how it's handled; you can point them to our Privacy Policy. We process customer information on your behalf, only to deliver your quotes, record signatures and take deposits, as the Privacy Policy describes. If you need a data processing agreement for your business, email us.
Signatures and payments
Quotes signed through Parquo record the customer's name, signature, the time and their IP address as evidence that they accepted your quote. Whether an electronic signature is enough for your contract depends on the law where you and your customer are; some contracts need other formalities.
Card deposits are paid to your own Stripe account, under Stripe's terms, which you accept when you set up payouts. Stripe's fees apply and vary by country. Parquo currently takes no fee of its own on deposits; if that changes, we'll tell you before it applies. Cash App, Venmo, Zelle and payment-link payments happen outside Parquo. Parquo is not a party to the agreement between you and your customer.
Availability by country
Parquo is offered on the App Store worldwide, but some features depend on where you are.
- Card deposits are only available where Stripe supports payouts to your country through Parquo. Parquo tells you when you set up payouts whether your country is supported. Elsewhere, you can add your own payment link to quotes.
- Cash App, Venmo and Zelle are third-party services that only work in some countries.
- Room scanning needs an iPhone with LiDAR, wherever you are. On other iPhones, you draw the room by hand.
- Languages: the app is available in English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Polish, Russian and Turkish.
Parquo Pro subscription
Parquo includes two free quotes. To keep sending quotes after that, subscribe to Parquo Pro.
- Title: Parquo Pro, an auto-renewing subscription.
- Length: monthly or yearly.
- Price: in the United States, US$29.99 per month or US$249.99 per year. In other countries and regions, the App Store shows the price in your local currency before you confirm. Prices are set per App Store country or region and may include taxes such as VAT or GST.
- Free trial: 7 days for new subscribers, where offered and if eligible.
- Payment: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. If you start with the free trial, the first payment is charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for another period of the same length unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Managing and cancelling: manage or cancel at any time in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Parquo Pro. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.
- Free trial and purchases: any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds: purchases are made through Apple, so Apple handles refunds under its own terms. To ask for one, use Apple's Report a Problem page. If you're in the EU or the UK, you may also have a legal right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days; for App Store purchases, Apple handles this too.
The same details are on the Parquo Pro subscription page.
Acceptable use
Don't use Parquo to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content, to pose as another business, or to collect payments for work you don't intend to do.
Service availability
We work to keep quote links and payments running, but we can't promise the service will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
Parquo is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, ELCOR LLC is not liable for anything that happens between you and your customer; for losses from incorrect measurements, calculations or quotes; or for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about Parquo is limited to what you paid for Parquo Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100, whichever is more. We don't exclude or limit liability that can't be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Claims about your work
To the extent the law allows, you'll cover ELCOR LLC for any claim, loss or cost, including reasonable legal fees, that comes from your quotes, your work, your dealings with your customers, the information you put into Parquo, or a breach of these terms.
If you received a quote
If an installer sent you a quote through Parquo, your agreement is with that installer, not with us. Parquo only delivers the quote, records your signature and passes card deposits to the installer's Stripe account. Questions about the work, the price, refunds or cancellations go to the installer. Nothing here limits the rights you have against the installer under the consumer law where you live.
Your rights under local law
If you're a consumer, or the law where you live gives you rights that can't be waived by contract, nothing in these terms takes those rights away. Where these terms conflict with those rights, the rights win.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the state and federal courts in Bexar County, Texas. If you're a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it, except where local law requires more.
